At Last wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged if they meet the following conditions: (a) the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order, (b) the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, (c) all original tags and packaging are intact, and (d) the item is not damaged or altered in any way.
Certain items such as sale items, discounted products, or customized pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact At Last through our official contact details and provide their order number and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for size or product changes, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose to receive a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
